I first created this blog as an easy way to file my favorite recipes that I have collected from both cookbooks and online but over time I culled many of those that simply weren't making the A list. I have made all of the recipes and honestly recommend them. Hopefully, you will appreciate my effort and know that this blog is only about sharing my recipes with you.

Mircrowave Corn on the Cob - No Shucking Required
Most everyone likes corn on the cob but few enjoy having to shuck the ears.
Here is a video that demonstrates the process if all you want is 1-4 ears.
