Glaze for 2 pork chops
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Asian chili-garlic sauce
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
