I first created this blog as an easy way to file my favorite recipes that I have collected from both cookbooks and online but over time I culled many of those that simply weren't making the A list. I have made all of the recipes and honestly recommend them. Hopefully, you will appreciate my effort and know that this blog is only about sharing my recipes with you.

Zucchini Quiche
Easy to make and quite tasty but the next time I make it I'll up the temp to 375 and cook it for 35 to 40 minutes.
